Dr. Bradley Deiner, DC has been serving Florida’s treasure coast for the past 15 years. He’s been the owner of Ocean Chiropractic and Health Center since 2005. Under his leadership, the practice continued to grow, and in 2015 he opened his second location in Vero Beach, FL. He continued to grow the company to further serve more patients, and in 2017 Dr. Deiner expanded Ocean Chiropractic into Port St Lucie where he partnered with Dr. Smith.
Dr. Deiner graduated from Florida State University (FSU) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He continued to Life University where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree Cum Laude. As a doctor with experience and compassion for his profession, Dr. Deiner is committed to promoting the optimal health and well-being of his patients. Dr. Deiner uses a drug-free, whole person approach to recovery. This approach to wellness includes searching for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and suggests lifestyle adjustments or interventions that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Deiner is able to help patients accelerate or maintain his or her journey to overall good health.
Dr. Deiner is married and has two sons, Adam and Michael. He has lived in Florida his whole life. Dr. Deiner believes in giving back to his community and donates full chiropractic care and physical exams to the Special Olympics of Saint Lucie County. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing and golfing. Dr. Deiner is licensed to practice Chiropractic in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Kelly Smith is a 6th generation Floridian who grew up here locally and graduated from Palm Beach Gardens High, and later from Florida State University. Dr. Smith then enlisted in the army with the 82nd Airborne division where he eventually was selected to be one of only 40 Deep Sea Divers in the US Army. Upon leaving the Army Dr. Smith used his G.I. Bill and was accepted to Parker Chiropractic College, where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic.
Dr. Smith returned to South Florida and started a family of his own and has a son and a daughter who will both be attending FSU this year. Dr. Smith has been practicing in Port Saint Lucie for the last 20 years and specializes in back problems, headaches, vertigo and extremities. Dr. Smith has additional certifications in Workers Comp and auto accident permanent impairment ratings
Dr. Bryan Douglas
Dr. Bryan Douglas has been practicing in Vero Beach, Florida for the past 11 years. He joined Ocean Chiropractic and Health Center in 2019. Dr. Douglas decided to become a chiropractor when he w s growing up in New Jersey. As a “chiropractic kid”, he learned that keeping the spine in !its proper alignment is an essential part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. After experiencing how chiropractic adjustments helped him, Dr. Douglas decided that he wanted to help others by becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Douglas graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He continued to New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York, where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic. Before relocating to Florida, Dr. Douglas practiced in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.
Dr. Douglas is married and has three children. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, boating and fishing.
Dr. Brown grew up in a military family and attended high school in Brandon, Florida. After graduating in1987 he followed in his father’s foot-steps and joined the military were he served with the 82nd Airborne. While stationed at Fort Bragg, NC he met his wife Edie. They have been happily married for 32 years and enjoy two children, and one grandchild.
Following his time in the Army, Dr. Brown received his Bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State University and in 1999 he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic.
Over the past 22 years Dr. Brown has owned and operated multiple chiropractic offices and has kept up to date on advances in healthcare through various continuing educational classes, thus ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care. At the start of his chiropractic career, Dr. Brown worked with Neurologist, P. Steven Macedo, MD. It was here that he learned to help severe trauma patients recover from their injuries as well as help top athletes preform at their best through Chiropractic care.
Dr. Brown retired in 2019, at that time he and his wife moved to Florida. After almost 2 years of retirement, Dr. Brown realized that he was not done with his mission, so he joined Ocean Chiropractic so he could continue to help people live healthy pain free lives.

Dr. Elbert J. Silas III was born in Florida and grew up in Riviera Beach. He graduated from William T. Dwyer high school and immediately enlisted into the United States Air Force. There he served in various roles from hospitality, fitness, and law enforcement. After 20 years of service, he retired and moved back home to Florida with his wife of 17 years and their 2 children.
His military career taught him the importance of physical and mental fitness and he was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare. He enrolled at Keiser University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine, class of 2020. Dr. Silas joined Ocean Chiropractic in January 2022. He enjoys helping his community optimize their health and wellness goals through nutrition, physical fitness/therapy and Chiropractic care. In his spare time, he loves to travel, read, exercise, play video games and spend time with his family.
